L. Jon Koteski, CFA
Mr. Koteski is a Principal and co-founder of Oakmont Capital Management, LLC. He oversees the firm’s risk controlled investment process, market research, and new product development. Before founding Oakmont Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Koteski worked for an institutional consulting firm where he designed and implemented investment strategies for pension plans, foundations, and endowments. Prior to this, Mr. Koteski worked as a cash manager for a regional bank where he coordinated the trades and cash flows for self-directed retirement accounts.
Mr. Koteski has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a member of both the Pittsburgh Society of Financial Analysts and the CFA Institute.
James A. Hill
As a Senior Investment Manager, Mr. Hill is responsible for designing portfolios, identifying investment ideas, and servicing client relationships. Mr. Hill is also integral in the firm’s marketing and growth strategies. Before joining Oakmont Capital Management, LLC, Mr. Hill was employed by an investment bank where he trained and worked as a financial advisor.
Mr. Hill has a Master of Business Administration from Seton Hill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Hill serves on several community boards including the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Council and the Young Preservationist Association.
Zachary L. Johnson
Mr. Johnson is a Senior Analyst with Oakmont Capital Management, LLC. He aids in the investment decision making process by researching various investment topics, compiling financial data, and developing portfolio models. Mr. Johnson began his professional career as an intern with the firm.
Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in finance.
